FC Nerds ry kevätkokous pöytäkirja

FC-NERDS ry sääntömääräinen kevätkokous 25.4.2008

1. Puheenjohtaja (pj) avaa kokouksen.

2. Kokous on virallisesti kokoonkutsuttu ja päätösvaltainen.

3. Kokouksen sihteeriksi valitiin Jari Ingerttilä ja ääntenlaskijaksi Aarne Juutilainen sekä pöytäkirjantarkastajiksi Mikko Kautto ja Peter Sandelin.

4. Yhdistyksen tilillä on tällä hetkellä €1209,47.

5. Sovittiin, että Jari lähettää Jannelle talvikauden osallistujataulukon.

6. Yhdistyksen jäseniä kehoitetaan ystävällisesti maksamaan yhdistyksen vuosittainen jäsenmaksu (€5).

7. FC-Nerds on ilmoittautunut jälleen Palloliiton Helsingin piirin harrasteliigaan. Ensimmäinen peli on torstaina 8.5.

8. Seura on varannut maksullisen pelivuoron Käpylän hiekkakentältä. Pelivuoro on torstaisin kello 18:00 alkaen. Koko ulkokauden hinnaksi tulee 16x20€ eli 320€.

9. Äänestyksen perusteella yhdistyksen hallitukselle myönnetään vastuuvapaus edellisen tilikauden tilien suhteen.

10. Päätettiin että Kai Lappalainen jatkaa yhdistyksen rahastonhoitajana.

11. Hallituksen jäseniksi valittiin Tommi Mutikainen, Janne Tuominen ja Magnus Scharmanoff

12. Pj esitteli maksuvaihtoehtoja ulkovuoron ja harrasteliigan suhteen: a) FC Nerds kesäkolli 20€ (kattaa koko kesän ulkovuorot) b) Harrastenörtti 40€ kattaa harrasteliigan c) Keväthormoonipiikki 10€ osallistuminen Kevät Cupiin.

13. Janne ehdotti että ottaisimme harrasteliigaan mukaan Tommin tunteman 4-divaritason maalivahdin. Ehdotus sai kannatusta ja sovittiin, että hallitus päättää miten maalivahdin kohdalla hoidetaan pelimaksu.

14. Vieras mies käveli pöytämme sivu ja toivotti hyviä pyhiä.

15. Pj päätti kokouksen.

Amateur League Starts with Defeat

Partizani Kallio - FC Nerds 2-1
The start of the league wasn't the best possible, but there were moments when we didn't play that bad. Partizani Kallio worked better as a team. We have met tougher guys, but the strength of this team was that all players were quite confident with the ball and on the same skill level.
A couple of mistakes in the beginning led to 2 quick goals that Janne had no chance of catching, though he got his hand on one of the balls. Slowly we were able to build something of our own, and Kai managed to get us one back with a precise and hard shot in the left corner of the goal.
After half time Partizani backed off while we pushed on, but getting behind their lines remained hard. There were no real one-on-one chance, which serves as a proof of a well organized defence. Our defence - hmm, it wasn't that organized, but there were great solo efforts and good fighting spirit.
All in all, we could have done better. But also a whole lot worse. Let's rise to the next level next week!
